Scope

These Terms govern use of RRT's public website and online inquiry and trial-request services. By using the website, you agree to use it in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

Enrollment, participation, payment, cancellation, and other program obligations may be governed by a separate agreement provided by RRT. If these Terms conflict with a separately signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.

Information and availability

RRT makes reasonable efforts to keep website information current. Programs, schedules, instructors, locations, prices, and availability may change. Contact RRT to confirm current details before relying on website information.

Inquiries and trial requests

Information submitted through the website must be accurate and submitted by a parent, guardian, or other adult authorized to make the request. Submitting a request does not guarantee enrollment, a particular class, or a particular date. RRT will confirm availability separately.

Each athlete is eligible for one free trial. To cancel or reschedule a confirmed trial, contact RRT at least 24 hours in advance. RRT may adjust class schedules or trial details and will provide notice when reasonably possible.

Participation and conduct

Gymnastics and related activities involve inherent risks. Participation requirements, health and safety information, permissions, and any release of claims are addressed in the separate agreement provided for enrollment or participation. These Website Terms do not replace that agreement.

Students and accompanying adults must follow coach instructions, facility rules, and reasonable safety directions and must treat staff, coaches, other families, and property respectfully.

Acceptable website use

The website may be used for lawful, personal, noncommercial purposes. Users may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or harmful material, or use website content in a way that violates another person's rights.

Website content

The text, photographs, graphics, videos, logos, and other materials on this website are owned by or licensed to RRT and are protected by applicable law. They may not be copied, republished, or used commercially without written permission, except for ordinary personal use of the website.

The website may link to services or websites operated by others. RRT is not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.
