Third-Party Services

Our website uses the following third-party services. Some receive personal information transmitted by RRT; others collect information directly from your device when you visit our website.

Anthropic. Powers our chat assistant. RRT transmits messages submitted through the chat to Anthropic for processing. Anthropic does not retain these messages after responding. See Anthropic's privacy policy.
Resend. Delivers transactional email. RRT transmits form submissions to Resend for email delivery. See Resend's privacy policy.
Google Analytics and Google Ads. Measure site traffic and record conversions from advertising campaigns. Collect browsing activity directly from your device. On form submission, RRT additionally sends Google one-way hashed versions of the parent's email, phone, and name to support Enhanced Conversions for Leads. RRT does not send any minor's information to Google. See Google's privacy policy. Opt out via the browser add-on or manage ad personalization at myadcenter.google.com.
Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram). Measures site traffic and the performance of advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. Collects browsing activity directly from your device. On form submission, RRT additionally sends Meta one-way hashed versions of the parent's email, phone, and name as advanced matching to improve attribution. RRT does not send any minor's information to Meta. See Meta's privacy policy. Manage ad personalization at accountscenter.facebook.com.
Microsoft Clarity. Records anonymized session activity and heatmaps directly from your device. Form fields are masked. See Microsoft's privacy statement.
Vercel. Provides website hosting. Vercel processes technical data such as IP addresses and request logs as part of operating the website. See Vercel's privacy policy.

RRT does not sell, rent, or trade personal information. Personal information may be disclosed to authorized RRT staff and coaches for class management, or to emergency services where required by law.

Data Security

Form submissions are stored in a secure database. Access is limited to authorized RRT personnel. RRT uses industry-standard safeguards to protect personal information; however, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Data Retention

RRT retains personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, manage class enrollment, and comply with legal obligations. Form submissions and class records are retained while a family is enrolled and for a reasonable period thereafter. Information collected by third-party analytics services is retained according to those services' standard policies.

Children's Privacy

RRT collects a minor's name and age only when submitted by a parent or legal guardian. Parents and legal guardians may:

Review the personal information RRT holds about their child;
Request correction or deletion of that information;
Refuse further collection or use of their child's information.

If you believe a minor's information has been submitted to RRT without proper authorization, contact us and we will remove it.
