#1 International Sports Academy, LLC, doing business as Rhythmic Ribbon of Texas ("RRT," "we," "us," or "our").

This Policy describes how RRT collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information in connection with its public website, including when visitors request information or a trial or use the chat assistant.

Information we collect

RRT collects information that visitors voluntarily provide, including:

Contact information provided by parents, guardians, or job applicants, such as name, email address, and phone number.
Information about a student and the services requested, such as name, age, program, location, class time, and requested trial date.
The content of messages, notes, and applications submitted through website forms.

Questions entered in the chat assistant are sent to Anthropic to generate a response. RRT does not save chat conversations in its own records. Anthropic handles that information under its own privacy policy.

RRT may also collect limited technical information when the website is used, such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, campaign information, and interactions with the site. Analytics and advertising providers may use cookies or similar technologies for these purposes.

How we use information

RRT uses personal information for the following purposes:

Respond to inquiries, review job applications and communicate with applicants, and schedule trials, classes, and related services.
Enroll students, manage rosters and class changes, and communicate with parents or guardians.
Support student safety and respond to emergencies.
Maintain appropriate records related to services provided by RRT.
Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and RRT services.
Measure website traffic and advertising effectiveness.

How we share information

RRT may disclose personal information as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above:

To authorized RRT staff and coaches who require access to provide services or protect a student.
With service providers that support hosting and storage (Vercel and Upstash), email delivery (Resend), chat responses (Anthropic), analytics and advertising (Google, Meta, and Microsoft Clarity), and error monitoring (Sentry).
To emergency services when reasonably necessary to protect a student.
As required by law or at the direction or consent of the person providing the information.

Analytics and advertising providers may receive browsing information. When an adult submits an inquiry, Google or Meta may also receive one-way hashed parent contact information for advertising measurement. RRT does not send student information, job-application information, or the content of messages and requests to advertising providers. Form fields intended for personal information are masked from session recordings.

RRT does not sell personal information.

Security

RRT maintains administrative and technical safeguards appropriate for the information it handles. Administrative access is limited to authorized staff, sensitive personal information is encrypted where it is stored, and sensitive administrative actions are logged. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

How long we keep information

RRT retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy. Inquiries and class requests are generally retained for 24 months after RRT's last interaction with the family. Other business records are retained as reasonably necessary for operations, safety, accounting, and legal obligations. Analytics, advertising, and other service providers retain information according to their own policies. Job applications are generally retained for 24 months after RRT's last interaction with the applicant.

Your choices

A parent or guardian may request access to personal information RRT holds about the family, request a correction or deletion, or ask RRT to stop nonessential messages. RRT may verify that a request comes from the appropriate parent or guardian. Requests may be submitted to info@rhythmicribbon.com. RRT will explain the available action and whether any information must be retained. A job applicant may make the same requests about their application.

Automated class follow-up emails include an unsubscribe link. Communication preferences may also be submitted directly to RRT.

Children's information

The website and its public inquiry forms are intended for parents, guardians, and other adults seeking information about RRT. RRT does not ask children to submit personal information themselves. If a minor's information may have been submitted without proper authorization, contact RRT so the matter can be reviewed and addressed.

Changes to this Policy

RRT may revise this Policy to reflect changes in its practices. The date at the top identifies the most recent revision.
