Sunday Flexibility Master Class
A Sunday stretching and flexibility master class in McKinney, open to athletes who train somewhere else during the week. Bring a gymnast, dancer, cheerleader, skater, or any athlete who wants deeper, safer flexibility - splits, bridges, and the mobility their sport demands - coached by Coach Ella. Sundays at 12:30 PM.
What to expect
- Active and dynamic stretching to warm up safely and open the hips, shoulders, spine, and hamstrings
- Targeted work toward the splits and oversplits, bridges, and back and shoulder flexibility
- The active strength and control that lets an athlete actually use their range - not just hold a stretch
- Safe technique and at-home self-checks so athletes keep gaining flexibility without overstretching or injury
- Individual guidance from Coach Ella, tailored to each athlete's sport - gymnastics, dance, cheer, skating, and more
The master class meets Sundays at 12:30 PM at our McKinney studio (4260 Eldorado Pkwy, 2nd Floor). It’s a standalone session - no ongoing enrollment required - so an athlete can come for a single Sunday or return whenever it fits their training. Wear fitted athletic clothing they can stretch in, with hair up and no jewelry.
