Rhythmic Ribbon of Texas is seeking an exceptional Professional Rhythmic Gymnastics Coach to join our growing competitive program in McKinney, TX.
We are looking for a passionate, honest, and dedicated coach who believes in developing athletes through excellence, proper technique, discipline, and respect. Our philosophy extends beyond competitive success. We are committed to building confident, resilient, and well-rounded young athletes while creating a positive, supportive, and professional team culture.
Qualifications
- Professional rhythmic gymnastics coaching experience.
- Experience coaching USAG Levels 4 through Elite FIG.
- Strong knowledge of proper body fundamentals, ballet, apparatus technique, flexibility, and long-term athlete development.
- A clear vision and commitment to building correct technical foundations from the very beginning.
- Excellent work ethic, professionalism, integrity, and reliability.
- A genuine love for the sport, children, and working collaboratively with a coaching team.
- Strong understanding of child psychology and positive athlete development.
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel with athletes to local, regional, national, and international competitions.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Rhythmic Ribbon of Texas is growing, and we’re looking for enthusiastic, caring, and motivated individuals to join our coaching team.
This is a part-time role for a new and growing program. Initial hours are expected to be 8-15 hours per week, with the opportunity to increase as enrollment grows. Schedule may include weekday daytime homeschool movement classes, preschool and beginner rhythmic gymnastics classes, and occasional weekend classes.
If you love working with children and want to make a positive impact through movement, fitness, and rhythmic gymnastics, we’d love to meet you.
Competitive coaching experience is not required. We are looking for the right attitude, professionalism, and passion. We will provide training, mentorship, and ongoing support.
